    感谢你打开我组网页,查看可能感兴趣的信息。我组研究主要集中在乙烯聚合催化剂的设计合成和聚合工艺研究,涉及研究内容包括:有机氮杂环化合物合成的新方法、金属配合物制备、催化工艺、乙烯下游产物设计制备与特种聚乙烯树脂微结构控制与性能分析。
    课题组曾经承担过科技部863课题、科学院方向性创新项目、中国科学院关键核心技术攻坚先导专项、国家自然科学基金委、中国石化、中国石油、国家能源集团专题研究以及企业委托联合项目等,还有中日、中俄、中法、中英、中德、中美以及金砖五国合作交流研究项目等;目前,参与中国科学院关键核心技术攻坚先导专项“新能源领域关键聚烯烃材料创制与产业化”。实验室具备比较完善的实验设备和良好的研究条件,秉承国际化成员合作创新,成员中超过三分之一来自国外。自1999年10月课题组成立以来,全体成员共同努力集中开展了前、后过渡金属配合物催化剂设计合成及烯烃聚合与共聚研究,并在十年前确认集中进行后过渡金属配合物催化剂研究;相关研究累计发表论文六百余篇,其中SCI论文五百九十余篇,获得国内外授权发明专利壹百壹十余件。其中,铁催化乙烯齐聚催化剂于2021年9月在中国石化茂名分公司五万吨装置上产出合格的α-烯烃,中国石化英力士合资天津南港的二十五万吨乙烯齐聚制备α-烯烃也于2024年10月顺利开车产出合格的α-烯烃,中国石化镇海炼化也将再建一套五万吨乙烯齐聚装置,提升了我国α-烯烃下游的发展空间。基于产业化乙烯齐聚所得产品中丁烯占比偏高急需提高产品附加值,以及满足包括C16和C18在内的高碳α-烯烃市场需求,已经迭代研发了新型乙烯齐聚催化剂,期待有乙烯资源的企业合作和推进产业化应用。与此同时,课题组自主研发的乙烯聚合催化剂体系正加速推进,定位在高端“窄分布且不同分子量的高度线性聚乙烯(蜡)”与 “单纯乙烯聚合制备聚乙烯弹性体(PEE)”;不同分子量的“高度线性聚乙烯(蜡)”对控制塑料加工产品精度和高品质相变材料精度至关重要;聚乙烯弹性体(PEE)作为低成本的新型高分子树脂,其材料性能在部分应用领域满足了替代聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和橡胶树脂的能力。帮助我国实现高端聚乙烯树脂自主创新和形成独立的生产体系,解决高端聚乙烯"专 特 精"定向结构控制,形成材料特性化和高品质化产业。

   课题组一直引导青年同事的人文知识培养,推荐走进博物馆与北京周边名园名校,享受自然与历史景观;夯实专业知识与能力,实验室秉承"植根于化学、成长于化学、获益于化学"的理念,充分发挥自身研究天赋,为社会进步和人民生活改善持续努力!

    课题组将持续与兄弟院校联合培养研究生和博士后研究人员,为年轻学者提供研究平台,塑造专业人才。
